A stylish and newly renovated villa is the ideal place for your luxury family holiday, located in the quiet area of Vale del Rei, near Carvoeiro.
The villa:
The villa has a comfortable open planned air-conditioned lounge and dining room with TV (any channels) and music system, as well as an additional TV snug with WiFit, DVD, and PlayStation 2. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with a double french fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. There are 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower/bathrooms and access to the outside via patio doors.
Outside:
The villa sits in a secure private plot surrounded by beautiful trees and countryside. The large swimming pool (heating available upon request at €200 per week) forms the focal point with a large outdoor dining area including a bread / Pizza oven, gas & charcoal BBQ’s, as well as two refrigerators. There are a number of areas outside to enjoy socialising as well as the covered BBQ dining area, including the covered terrace which is ideal for breakfast, the poolside table ideal for lunches, and the roof terrace with comfy sofas, is the perfect position to enjoy evening drinks and the sunset. There is a garden patio with additional sun-loungers and seating, perfect for morning coffees or shade in the afternoon.

The Area:
Sesmarias is a quiet and peaceful village approximately 4 km from Carvoeiro center with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, tourist shops, and the beaches. The nearest beach is 1.4 km away and many more beaches can be found within 2 km from the villa. A few excellent 18 hole golf courses are located within 10-20 min drive from the villa and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 5 min drive. There are a few restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarket in the village 5 min drive from the villa. Slide and Splash, a large water fun park is 10 min drive. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures and unforgettable experience of swimming with the dolphins is 15 min drive.
