The Villa:
Spacious tastefully decorated sitting/ dining room with comfortable suite, fireplace, Satellite TV on the ground floor. Sliding doors open into the sun terrace with dining furniture and relaxing view of the garden. There are three twin bedrooms all en-suite and kitchen on the ground floor. Large master double bedroom with en-suite shower room is on the first floor. The doors open in to terrace with stunning sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, coffee machine.

Outside:
The villa is set in very large mature, nicely landscaped gardens. The garden is fully fenced with the electric gates. Very large pool 6X11m with sun beds, umbrellas, and table with chairs around. The pool area is fenced around with the gates. There is a BBBQ terrace outside the kitchen facing the gardens and pool. The shaded breakfast terrace is off the sitting room. The villa has private parking.

Monte Carvoeiro Area:
The villa is situated in a residential area of Carvoeiro, just 5 min walk to Vila Nova complex with its restaurant, bar, mini-market, and children playground. While you are savouring your drink at Vila Nova bar your children can enjoy a large communal pool, with little ones appreciating the kiddie’s pool and a playground.
Carvoeiro town center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 15-20 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro restaurants, bars, and live music in the small cozy squire are within easy 15 min walk. Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro within walking distance and many more beaches can be found within a short drive from the complex.
There is a mini-market at the Vila Nova complex and a few mini-markets with a daily vegetable market in Carvoeiro center, all within walking distance. A number of large supermarkets are located around Carvoeiro (within a 5 minute drive) where all the necessary goods can be obtained for those wishing to be totally self-sufficient.
A number of Golf Courses are close to the resort providing suitable grounds for golfers of all abilities allowing those individuals who are not golfers to remain in the pleasant peaceful surroundings of the resort.
A local tennis club is 1,5 km away from the villa, where you can hire the equipment and join locals for ‘doubles’. There are shops to hire bikes, scooters, and golf clubs in the town.
The Prices
The prices are per accommodation, per week, for max 8 people with children included. Min stay 7 nights.
Please Note:
All the guests age 13 and over coming to the Algarve starting from April 2024 will be charged a Tourist Tax: in summer season April to October it is €2 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay. In winter season: November to March €1 per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay. The tourist tax will be calculated and added to your balance payment.
