Casa Palmeira is a warm and welcoming traditional Algarvian-style Townhouse that has been beautifully renovated. Combining traditional features with contemporary decor, it has all the modern conveniences you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Both the living and dining rooms open out to sun-soaked south-facing terraces. The dining terrace benefits from a sail-shade. There are also two further private roof-top terraces. Ideal for sun worshipers, or a glass of wine at sun-set. There is a a fully equipped kitchen, with; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
Other amenities include: Free wifi, UK and other european television channels and a DVD player.

The Complex:
Vila Nova is a small holiday family complex situated around 800m to Monte Carvoeiro area with its varied selection of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Carvoeiro town centre and its beaches.
There are a large pool surrounded by lawns with separate children’s pool and a grassed children playground, family run, informal restaurant with a beautiful outside terrace, pool bar, mini market, and full on site reception facilities.
The reception is opened 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Our emergency phone number is available for our guests for 24 hours.

The Area:
Vila Nova is a small holiday family complex situated near Monte Carvoeiro with its varied selection of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and its beaches.
The Vila Nova Complex is in a very quiet residential area away from the busy roads, It is a great place for the families with children to spend their holidays in a tranquility and a friendly atmosphere of the complex.
There is a large pool surrounded by lawns with separate children's pool and play area, small informal restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and full on site reception facilities. Each apartment equipped with free WI-FI connection. Our guests can also use WI-FI free at the restaurant and pool area during the day. There is an internet spot at the reception at extra cost.
There are a few restaurants, bars within easy walk from the Complex. Carvoeiro town center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 10-15 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro area with a good choice of restaurants, bars and live music in the small squire in summer months is within easy 10 min walk.
Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro are within walking distance and many more beaches can be found within a short drive from the complex.
A number of supermarkets are located around the village of Carvoeiro (within a 5 minute drive) where all the necessary goods can be obtained for those wishing to be totally self-sufficient.
A number of Golf Courses are within short drive providing suitable grounds for golfers of all abilities allowing those individuals who are not golfers to remain in the pleasant peaceful surroundings of the Complex.
A local tennis club is 1,5 km away from the complex, where you can hire the equipment and join locals for ‘doubles’.
There are shops to hire bikes, scooters, and golf clubs in the town.
