Luxury villa in Ferragudo with stunning ocean views, within walking distance to the beach, Ferragudo main square, bars, and restaurants, but still maintaining a level of calm and privacy.
The property is fenced and secure with a good-sized garden to relax and sunbathe.

From the entrance hall, you walk into the large dining room. There is a stunning separate lounge with ample seating. This opens on to the pool and garden area with ocean views, a totally relaxed feeling!
A separate WC in the hallway and two bedrooms on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of wardrobe space.
The stunning open plan lounge and dining room, with large glass doors, taking advantage of the views of the Arade harbour and Monchique mountains.
The fully fitted kitchen with double fridge/freezers, and all the modern facilities that one would expect from a luxury property.
The adjacent laundry room is also well equipped.
On the 1st floor, there are three further bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, and the third bedroom can use the guest’s bathroom, on the ground floor, or the shared bathroom.
The master suite with a king-sized bed, this suite is ideal for families, as there is a separate bathroom with bidet, bath, and shower.
To the right of the staircase, is a bathroom with twin washbasins, shower, toilet, and bidet and is shared by the two adjacent bedrooms that both have access to the first-floor terrace and the stunning views of the sea and Monchique.
Outside:
Steps from the 1st floor lead down back to the garden area and patio. The outside dining area is conveniently located near the kitchen, barbecue, lounge, and pool. In the basement is a fun area with ping pong table and basketball.
