This large family villa is situated in the heart of Carvoeiro village, Algarve, Portugal. Just 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants. This well appointed property boasts spectacular views of the surrounding Carvoeiro Ocean and village. The Villa has been tastefully furnished and designed to a high standard throughout. With balconies that lead out of the living rooms where you can admire the wonderful views and enjoy alfresco dining. The Villa is ideal for families, golfers, and extended families and also has the flexibility of being split into two self contained large apartments connected via an exterior stair case. Air conditioning in living areas, private pool, outside dining with BBQ, satellite TV HD BBC, ITV, WiFi, Table football, Playstation 2. There are two kitchens and two sitting rooms in the villa.

The Area:
The villa is situated in as residential area of Carvoeiro, within short walk to the town center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
Praia do Carvoeiro is in the center of the town and many more beaches can be found within a short drive from the town.
There are a few mini-markets and a daily vegetable market in Carvoeiro center. A number of large supermarkets are located around Carvoeiro (within a 5 minute drive) where all the necessary goods can be obtained for those wishing to be totally self-sufficient.
Two local tennis clubs at Rocha Brava and Carvoeiro club are within 5 min drive.
There are shops to hire bikes, scooters, and golf clubs in the town.
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is within walking distance from the villa. Two Pestana Golf courses (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) are 10 minutes drive.
There are Tennis courts at Rocha Brava and Carvoeiro tennis Club within 5 min drive.
Large Water parks are within short drive.
