Beautifully renovated 100 years old French townhouse with the delightful private garden and terrace with views situated within a couple minutes walk to the heart of the one of the famous French bastides Beaumont-du-Perigord.
There is a large covered terrace with the great views of the countryside and a private garden with the summer kitchen equipped with BBQ and outside furniture to enjoy eating in warm days and evenings.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor: two double bedrooms, one of them can be with a double bed or two single beds; and a bedroom with two single beds. There are a bathroom with free standing bath, toilet and a separate shower, and a WC on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen, sitting/dining room and a shower room with the shower and toilet.
