The Villa:

Ground floor:
The entrance hallway has an original Portuguese marble floor, a staircase with a guest toilet. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a dining room, modern kitchen with an annexed pantry. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 4 ring stove, oven, coffee machine.There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
The bedrooms: 
1 Bedroom with three single beds and en-suite bathroom 
2 Bedroom has a double bed (two bunk beds can be installed on request)
3 A double pull-out bed on the first floor landing
First floor:
The marble staircase ascends to the top floor and where there is a large entertainment area with snooker and tennis tables and a darts board.  The door leads out to a large terrace with beautiful views to the sea and Monchique Mountains.

Outside:

The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with mature trees and covered terraces on the front, which are very private. From the upstairs terrace there is a spectacular view of the sea and Monchique Mountains. At the back of the villa there is a large family swimming pool with an outside shower and a poolside cabana providing shade with change stalls and BBQ. There are sun lounges, umbrellas and table with chairs at the pool area for outside living. 
Electric gate in the front of the villa opens to a large parking area.

Please note:

 The villa is semidetached. There are two adjusted apartments. Great lengths have been gone to secure your exclusivity of the grounds and to ensure you are not overlooked or disturbed. The grounds of the apartments are completely separate form the villa, the garden and pool. The villa, the driveway, the garden and the pool area are for your own private use.
