The villa comprises a large lounge with separate dining area. There is a large flat screen curved Smart TV in the sitting area. (Satellite television).
The kitchen is newly refurbished and fully equipped.
The Master bedroom with a private terrace and a king size bed with an en-suite wet room is on the first floor. This room also has its own private terrace. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: a double with a king size and en-suite shower room. A further double bedroom and a twin bedroom are sharing a newly refurbished family bathroom.

Outside:
The Swimming Pool is to the rear of the villa. There is also a spacious terrace with BBQ and large table and chairs for outside dining. On one of the large terraces there is an enclosed room with pool table and a table tennis table. The private tennis court is for the sole use of the guests of the villa. Tennis rackets and balls can be provided on request.
The villa is fenced around with electric gates. There is parking for several cars.
In the beautifully landscaped garden there is a summerhouse with a hot tub.

The villa is situated within walking distance to Carvoeiro center with its pretty beach has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, and shops but far enough to enjoy peaceful relaxing holidays. The beaches Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia de Centianes are within walking distance. A few more beautiful beaches can be found within a short drive. Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is 1,5 km away. Two Pestana Golf courses (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes’ drive. There are Tennis courts at Rocha Brava and Carvoeiro tennis Club available all year round and situated within a short drive from the villa. Large Waterparks is 6 km away. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures is 15 km away and it also provides you with the rare opportunity and unforgettable experience of swimming with the performing dolphins. Enjoyable walking along the coast, sandy beaches, best weather, good food and live music etc. will make your holidays unforgettable.
