The Villa:
The newly built luxury beautifully furnished villa is air-conditioned throughout. The villa comprises of 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, fully fitted modern kitchen, conservatory, private pool, and garden.
Master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower with hydromassage, toilet, and bidet) is on the first floor. The doors from the first floor open off to the large sun terrace with a view of Carvoeiro and the sea in the distance.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Two single beds, sofa, en-suite shower room (shower with hydro massage, toilet, and bidet). The sliding doors open into the garden and pool area.
Bedroom 2: Large double bed, window open into the garden. A shower room is in the hall.
Bedroom 3: Large double bed, window open into the garden. En-suite bathroom (bath, shower with hydromassage, toilet, and bidet)
Sitting room with TV (Satellite with free English channels) and sliding doors open into the garden and the pool area. Separate dining room.
Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 4 ring stove, oven, juice maker, and toaster.
Off the dining room and kitchen, there is a conservatory with comfortable sofas facing the garden.

There are a spacious sun terrace and large swimming pool (5X8 meters; depth 1 m-shallow side, 2m- deep side) with sunbathing area, outside shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas. BBQ area with tables and chairs is on the back of the villa looking at the garden. Beautifully landscaped garden. Parking for a few cars. Fully fenced garden with electric gates.

Monte Carvoeiro Area:
The villa is situated in a residential area of Carvoeiro, just 5 min walk to Vila Nova complex with its restaurant, bar, mini-market, and children playground. While you are savouring your drink at Vila Nova bar your children can enjoy a large communal pool, with little ones appreciating the kiddie’s pool and a playground.
Carvoeiro town center with its pretty beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops is about 15-20 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro restaurants, bars, and live music in the small cozy squire are within easy 15 min walk. Two beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro within walking distance and many more beaches can be found within a short drive from the complex.
There is a mini-market at the Vila Nova complex and a few mini-markets with a daily vegetable market in Carvoeiro center, all within walking distance. A number of large supermarkets are located around Carvoeiro (within a 5 minute drive) where all the necessary goods can be obtained for those wishing to be totally self-sufficient.
A number of Golf Courses are close to the resort providing suitable grounds for golfers of all abilities allowing those individuals who are not golfers to remain in the pleasant peaceful surroundings of the resort.
A local tennis club is 1,5 km away from the villa, where you can hire the equipment and join locals for ‘doubles’. There are shops to hire bikes, scooters, and golf clubs in the town.
