Casa Alto da Eira is a spacious villa furnished in the traditional Portuguese style.
Ground floor: Living/dining room with an open fireplace, Satellite TV, and doors leading on to the terrace and the barbecue area. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms. Separate family bathroom with bath. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. Of the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine and a Cloakroom with shower.
First floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Door from the corridor opens off to the terrace with beautiful sea views. The villa has an alarm system.

The villa has a spacious garden with a playground area for the children with swings, see-saw, and a slide. Further, there is a large 5 x 10 m swimming pool with a poolside shower. To use the badminton court next to the swimming pool area, please bring your own equipment. There is a shaded outside terrace area with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue in front. Private fully fenced garden with gate.

The beaches Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia de Centianes are within walking distance. A few more beautiful beaches can be found within a short drive. Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is 1,5 km away. Two Pestana Golf courses (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes’ drive. There are Tennis courts at Rocha Brava and Carvoeiro tennis Club available all year round and situated within a short drive from the villa. Large Waterparks is 6 km away. Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures is 15 km away and it also provides you with the rare opportunity and unforgettable experience of swimming with the performing dolphins. Enjoyable walking along the coast, sandy beaches, best weather, good food and live music etc. will make your holidays unforgettable.
The Prices
The prices are per accommodation, per week, for max 8 people with children included. Min stay 7 nights.
Please Note:
All the guests age 13 and over coming to the Algarve starting from April 2024 will be charged a Tourist Tax: in summer season April to October it is €2 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay. In winter season: November to March €1 per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay. The tourist tax will be calculated and added to your balance payment.
